A staunch supporter of equal housing representation for everyone, Stephan O’Bryant focuses his attention on communities that have historically been underrepresented in the real estate industry. As a member of the black/brown and LGBTQ+ communities, he understands on a personal level how important it is to have loyal representation looking out for your best interests in the at-times complex journey to homeownership. His background in social work combines with his personal experience to give him a distinct empathy and care when helping first-time buyers, sellers, and investment veterans alike. A proud father of three beautiful children, he understands the importance of finding a secure home. You can count on Stephan to treat each client’s unique goals with expertise, dedication, and authenticity.
Born and raised in Modesto, Stephan moved to Los Angeles immediately after high school. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Sustainable Studies. Always eager to expand his knowledge, he continues his studies when not helping clients find the perfect home. The difficulty he faced when purchasing his first home became a motivating factor in obtaining his real estate license and further fueled his passion for sterling service.
Stephan adores spending time with his family and friends. He’s also an avid gardener, and participates in a competitive adult cheerleading team which raises money for the community. Passionate about social issues and current events, Stephan maintains both awareness and involvement with a goal for a better world for all.
